What do I need to bring along with my PC when I take it for repair?

  • Disconnect all the cords from the back of your PC and bring us the tower. You do not need to bring your monitor, mouse, keyboard, power cord, or any part except the computer itself.

  • However, if you are certain that a problem is specifically related to one of the components that connects to your PC, be certain to bring it along.

  • It very important that you bring all system discs included with your PC at the time of purchase.

  • Laptop\Notebook Computers; We will need your AC Power Adapter!
