Independent Apple repair — genuine parts, no authorization required
RadioActive is an independent repair shop and is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider or otherwise affiliated with Apple. We have access to genuine Apple parts (and quality aftermarket options), so we can replace the part and get your device working — but we can’t perform AppleCare or in-warranty service. If your device is still under warranty or AppleCare, Apple should handle that; for everything out of warranty, we fix it right here in Kalispell, often the same day and for less.

Can you fix a MacBook that won't turn on?
Often yes. We do board-level diagnostics to find whether it's the charger, battery, or logic board, and quote before any work.
Do you replace iPad screens?
Yes, on every iPad generation. iPad glass is a more involved repair than a phone, so it isn't always same-day — we'll scope the time when we quote it.
Are you an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
No. We're independent, with access to genuine Apple parts. We can't perform AppleCare or in-warranty service, but out-of-warranty iPad and Mac repairs are welcome.
Can you upgrade MacBook storage or memory?
On models with upgradeable SSDs or RAM, yes — it's one of the best ways to add space and speed to an older Mac.
Is my data safe during the repair?
Most repairs don't touch your data; we always recommend a backup first, and we offer data recovery if a drive has already failed.
