RadioActive is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Microsoft. We are not an authorized service centre, so we cannot perform in-warranty service — if your console is still under manufacturer warranty, Microsoft should handle it. For everything out of warranty, we do the board-level work in-house.
